Agreement

These terms form an agreement between you and ThaiDocPort LLC, a private travel-assistance company registered in California, USA. By using our website or paid service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

What our service is

We help travelers prepare and check their Thailand arrival documents. We do not issue documents, we do not submit anything on your behalf except at your explicit request and only using information you provide, and we do not decide any outcome. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Thailand or any state agency, immigration authority or public body. We provide assistance and review only.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information; to use the service lawfully; not to rely on our service as legal advice; and to keep your own copies of your documents. You are responsible for presenting your documents yourself and for any decision you make.

No guarantee of outcome

Our service improves the quality and consistency of your paperwork. It cannot and does not guarantee entry, a visa, or any particular result. Those matters are decided solely by the proper authorities. You can always complete your documents yourself, free of charge, through Thailand’s own immigration channels.

Fees and payment

Fees are published before you pay and shown in US dollars. Optional extras are priced separately and added only with your agreement. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics and the ThaiDocPort name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from decisions made by any authority. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for the service in question.

Applicable law

These terms are subject to the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts of that state unless the law requires otherwise.
