Accessibility statement
Our commitment to making this website and service usable by everyone, and how to tell us when we fall short.
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Our commitment
ThaiDocPort LLC wants everyone to be able to use this website and our service. We aim to meet widely recognised accessibility guidelines and to keep improving. Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML with headings that follow a logical order.
- Visible text labels on form fields and buttons.
- Colour contrasts chosen with readability in mind.
- Keyboard-operable menus with clear focus states.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images.
- Text that resizes without breaking the layout.
Known limitations
We are a small team and we know our site is not perfect. Some older pages may still need attention, and third-party content, if we ever add any, may not fully meet our standards. We welcome reports of any barrier you encounter so we can fix it.
Standards we aim for
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as our reference and aim for the AA level where practical. Where a requirement is expensive or impossible for a small company to meet immediately, we make a plan and prioritise the changes that help the most people.
Assistance by other means
If any part of the website or service is hard to use, we will help you directly. Call +1 (650) 555-0178 or email [email protected] and a person will assist you with your documents over the phone or by email, at no extra cost.
Feedback
Tell us what worked and what did not. Include the page and, if you can, the device or assistive technology you used. We aim to acknowledge accessibility messages within two business days and to explain what we will do next.
Review
We review this statement periodically and update it as our site and practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
