Refund policy
When you can get your money back, how to ask, and how long it takes.

Our approach
We are a small, independent travel-assistance company and we would rather refund fairly than argue. This policy explains when a fee is refundable and how to request a refund. It applies to services bought from ThaiDocPort LLC in US dollars.
Before we start work
If you cancel before we begin your review, you receive a full refund. Contact [email protected] and we will process it to your original payment method.
After we start work
If we have already begun reviewing or checking your documents, we may deduct a reasonable amount for the work completed and refund the remainder. We will always explain any deduction clearly before processing it.
If we cannot deliver
If we are unable to provide the service you paid for — for example, if a VIP lane is unavailable on your date — we refund that part of the fee in full. We never charge for something we cannot do.
If you made a mistake
If you discover a typo or an error after we return your review, tell us and we will re-check and correct it at no extra charge. Our service is built around exactly this kind of second look.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable consumer law. Where the law gives you a stronger right to a refund, that right prevails.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your name, the date of purchase and the email you used. We aim to reply within one business day and to process agreed refunds within ten business days. Bank or card timelines may add a few days after we release the funds.
Chargebacks
Please talk to us first. We resolve the overwhelming majority of questions directly, and a quick email is usually faster than a dispute. We still respect your right to contact your card provider.
Exceptions
We may decline a refund where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or where the service was fully and correctly delivered and no fault exists on our side. In that case we will explain our reasoning in writing.
