We do not issue documents

We do not issue, grant, stamp, register or transmit any document, permission or visa. We help you prepare, fill in and check the information you then present yourself. Any document you use remains yours and is obtained through the proper channels, at your choice and your responsibility.

We do not decide outcomes

No decision about entry, stay, extension or any other matter is made by us. Those decisions belong solely to the proper authorities. We cannot speed up a decision, influence it, or promise any result, and we never claim otherwise.

You can do this yourself, free

Using our paid service is entirely optional. You can complete your arrival documents yourself, free of charge, through Thailand’s own immigration channels. If you are confident, we encourage you to do exactly that.
